Had a fantastic experience with Hype Pieces and was calling all the way from Canada. Wanted to purchase a gift card for my nephew in Christchurch and was calling from Canada and the gentleman who answered the phone was very professional, polite and walked me through how I could send the gift card code to my nephew for use in store or online. The staff member was super happy to help and brought a huge smile to mine and my girlfriend’s face with his help over the phone. Happy to Support our New Zealand neighbours and will definitely be back to lean on the Hype Pieces team for future gifts :)
