Refund policy

All sales are final.

This means that any returns on our purchases are not available unless there is a proven flaw or fault unknown to our company when purchasing. To contact us about any faults or flaws upon arrival of your sneakers, please reach out via Support@hypepieces.com or through our website.If we do come to an agreement and your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds for the following: change of mind, incorrect size choice, so please double-check you have the right size before checking out.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do thorough checks upon arrival of our sneakers to make sure the pairs are 100% authentic and up to par in quality control to ensure our best of no damage or flaws.

Exchanges:

If we mistakenly send the wrong size to you, then we will provide a return label for your pair and send out the correct size once the wrong-sized pair has arrived back to us the same day.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hypepiecesnz@gmail.com.
